Banyan Villas each feature the following facilities:

The following services are also optionally available to guests at Banyan Villas:

Wi-Fi Networking: A Wi-Fi network is available within Banyan Villas, use of which is included in the property rental cost.
Car rental: Car rental can be arranged at daily rates, inclusive of insurance. Prices are available upon request.
Thai chef: Banyan Villas offer self-catering accommodation and restaurants are available nearby for eating out. Alternatively the services of a Thai Chef can be engaged, with costs based on a time required plus cost of the food. Please enquire regarding hourly rates and menu suggestions.
Maid service: Banyan Villas are centrally serviced twice a week and this is included in the rental cost.; If you require the services of a housemaid more frequently than this can also be arranged at additional cost based upon nominal hourly rates (available upon request).
Refrigerator pre-stocking: The refrigerator can be pre-stocked at your request in readiness for your arrival, simply ask for an order form and let us know what you will need.; There is a minimum order of Bt.1,200.–, plus a service fee to cover the time required, typically a couple of hours for the round trip.

Electricity supply & sockets: Electricity supply is 220v; the villas are equipped with international sockets that will accept UK, USA, Thai, European and the majority of other national plug standards.
