Making a Booking request

We value your privacy. Information provided through this form will be used solely by Banyan Villas in answering an immediate query and related follow-up communication. It will not be sold, leased, given away or otherwise released to any third-party individual or organisation.

Check availability by completing the form below with your desired dates.

We confirm availability and send a booking form including details of optional extras. Complete and return it to us.
Pay a 30% deposit within 10 days of making the detailed booking request, and the balance eight weeks prior to your arrival. This will secure your booking and Banyan Villas will send a reminder shortly before the due date.
For bookings made within 8 weeks of the arrival date, the full cost of the villa rental is payable at the time of booking. Payment can be made by direct bank transfer as detailed in the detailed Terms and Conditions.
